  • Coaching Services: Your booking and session data is used to schedule and manage coaching appointments with our certified trainers.

When you subscribe to FitCoach Premium or book coaching sessions, the following applies:

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
  • Subscription Management: Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or your device's app store settings.
  • Refund Policy: Coaching session cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • Pricing Transparency: Free users pay $40 per coaching session. Premium members receive a discounted rate of $25 per session, along with access to exclusive workout content.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access and download a copy of your personal data
  • Correct or update inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of promotional communications at any time
