These terms govern use of the AbFit mobile application, website and related services. By creating an account or using AbFit, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the service

AbFit provides workout plans, exercise demonstrations, progress tracking, nutrition guidance and coaching features. Use the service lawfully and do not harm other users or interfere with the application.

2. Eligibility

Contact support@abfit.app for questions about eligibility and use by minors.

3. Health disclaimer

Fitness and nutrition guidance is informational, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting an exercise or nutrition program. You participate in workouts at your own risk.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

5. Feature and payment availability

Feature access depends on account authorization and service availability. Apple/Google in-app purchases are configured but inactive, and Stripe startup is disabled by default. This page does not offer a paid plan, trial or checkout. Contact support about coaching availability.

6. Fitness content and intellectual property

Workout plans, demonstrations and AI-generated programs are provided for personal use. Workout content, videos, designs and materials are owned by AbFit unless otherwise stated.

7. Account deletion and privacy

The app includes an account deletion flow in Profile settings. You can also contact support with a deletion request. Read the Privacy Policy for data handling details.

8. Limitation of liability

AbFit is not responsible for injuries, damages or losses that may occur while using the platform.
